well jsut worte a nice long repirt but ahhh pressed the wrong button and poof!! its gone!!
Soooooo will start again!!
Well we will start with the week before!!
Took him SJing to bromyard on the wed and wow he was a compleate race horse!! and just went straigt through every thing so had 3 down in the 2ft 6 and the 1st 5 down in the 2ft 9 so retired!! great start!!! Thurs he had a day off cos he knocked him self on wed eve and was abit lame do schooling him on fri eve and he was a little horror and refused to do a cabter cicrle on the left rain!! Lol any way had to give up at the end of it as it had got so dark!! took him in washed him off and then plaited him up and put him to bed woth some camamile tea in his feed!!
So set off on sat monring a lttle nervous and even more so after walking the XC - i thought it was huge for intro!! Lol any way went back to the lorry gave him his calmer and had something to eat!! then tacked him up and off we wnet to the dressage with 15mins to go before out time! did a bit of walk and trot and one canter quick recap of the test boots off and in we went!! and if i do say so myself did a rather nice test for him!! so very pleased!!
Then over to the sj and again i thought it was quite big and the spreads were a little more than we had jumped before but warmed up nicely and popped round just tp have the last fence down!! so very pleased!!
then on to XC popped greenly over 1 & 2 (it is only him 2nd ver XC round!!) very nicly over 3 and the combo at 4 then bowled on a little too much down the hill to 5 but over it nice enough then troted down the steps taped him down the shouder for the hedgehog and he was off!! took me a while to regain cintrol and off over we went to the next fence, with a nother circle after that!! sweetly over the dog kennels on and off set then troted the next field and slowly picked up a steady cabter a popped the houes then got very close to the brush next and dod the alt at the corner flew the next 2 got close at the next hedge sweetly in the water only to hear someone shout get out of the way!! opps!
spo jumped the next fence as she tried to jump it with me (she had only shouted at the last min as she was going to try and jump the fence at the same time!! but hey ho and he flew over the last!! wow we finished all be it slowly!! so got 32 time pens!! Not abd for a fast ex racer!!!
was slightly disapointed though when we went to the scores to see i had been given a stop! but as i didnt no where they wouldnt check!!
But any way he very happy if not a little tired still!! so onwards and upward with more brakes to mount ballen on sunday!!
