Going rate for and AI doing some RS work in the evenings

A work colleague has an interview later in the week for some evening work at a local RS. She has recently come back from having a baby so is now only doing research part time and some extra evening work would fit in well.

She is wondering what the current going rate for an AI doing a couple of hours of an evening might be at the moment, it is a good few years since she has been in that line of work and the last time she did she found she asked for rather too little compared to others!

We think job will likely consist of general help/yard work with some teaching too.

I'm out of the loop now, but my friend (AI) has just started working in a RS for £15 an hour if that helps.

I used to pay my instructors - AI's the same amount that one rider pays in a class lesson. At the time a rider paid $15 for a one hour lesson.

I have found anywhere between £10 - £18 an hour, working under the umbrella of a yard.
