Afternoon everyone
I am going to look at a field sat for my retired mare. Its a 3 acre hedged field. No water or electric. Its in essex. Field owner said to have a look and offer a price. I have no idea what sort of price to offer per month?
Any ideas please
Thanks in advance

I have a friend who rents about 2.75 acres with water, no electric and no stable but she does have a field shelter and she pays £22 per week.

Hi, I have 13 acres with 6 stables that I rent out for £270 a month, but an estate agent once said to me between £20-£25 per week per acre, but I think in your case that might be a bit high as you have no facilities. I would suggest £15 a week and see what they say.

i have a "grass livery space" and pay £40 a month for around 22acres shared grazing use of tack room and use of tiny school (electric and water too and there are stables avalible for £80 a month) and thats within a commutable dist of London!!

I'd offer the lowest price you think acceptable, you can always up your offer if he says no
