We had our lovely saddler out on friday to look at Sidneys saddle and to get Hovis kitted up. We couldn't get a single saddle to fit him properly - he's such an odd shape!
Bless our saddler must have bought most of his shop with him and the only one that fit properly was a £1000 brand new leather saddle - my saddler and hubby both agreed that was a bit bonkers for a 4 year old so we've had to order one. Boo hiss. Hopefully it'll arrive quickly before he starts thinking he's moved to a holiday camp.

Hopefully it won't be long I'm getting so impatient!! I don't want him spending too much time not being ridden as I don't want him thinking he doesn't have to work. I think we may have to get him lunging this week just to remind him he needs to work!

Hopefully it won't take long. Really annoying though when you get a new horse and all you want to do is ride! Pedantic - you cant jump in a treeless...?!

I believe you can use a treeless for jumping
