Just to say I was leaping up and down and shouting my head off - it was ME that got that mare across the line first - she could hear from France. I love it when the fillies beat the arse of the boys.

I had money on Simenon so I was shouting and screaming too! But thrilled for The Queen of course, a worthy winner!

Well done! I was hoping The Queen would have a winner! She takes such obvious pleasure in her horses.

I must say, I do admire her dedication (I wouldn't have her job for love nor money) and am glad to see her have a win at her favorite pastime.
