A fluffy and slightly traumatized Highland arrived at the yard today. Walked onto my friend's lorry without any faff, but he was worried and sweated up. Still, walked off like a sensible chap. I took him on a short walk, then let him chill in his stable. By the time I left, he was looking more relaxed and eating his hay. Some friends will check him later.
I took a punt on a GFS Premier Alpine bridle, which is currently in bits on my sofa. If it doesn't fit or he hates it, they have a 14-day return policy.
Meet Foinavon, or Finn if you're scared by the Gaelic. 10-ish years old, from the Dallas herd.
