Good arthritis supplement for dogs

The vet has suggested I give my dog (patterdale x whippet) a supplement for arthritis as she has quite a few miles on the clock, is turning 10 and has arthritic elbows. The only 2 things i know of are Cortaflex and Tumeric. Please can anyone shed some light on what is best for a dog like this.

Yumove. Great stuff, you can buy a revved up version for older dogs. Even my 15 year old lurcher has come off her steroids and now they are all on yumove. I get mine from ******.

Gosh, that is a secret, but it begins with V and has a iovet after that.

Salmon oil or fish body oil (never cod liver)
Turmeric paste
Green lipped mussel makes a big difference to my dysplastic dog.

Yumove..... been giving it for a month on the loading dose but have definetly seen an improvement.
