I'm going on a sponsored ride on my share horse at the end of the month but the only problem is his owner has two horses but only one pair of XC boots!

Can anyone recommend a good pair that won't fall apart after a few uses but aren't too expensive please?

Ordinary boots will be fine? I normally stick tendon boot on for that sort of thing.

If you do decide to get XC boots, have a look at Premier Equine.

We have found their xc boots to be hardwearing, lightweight and good value for money. They often have a 'deal of the day' or a sale on too. :)

Don't wear tendon boots. They offer no protection to the front of the leg as of course, showjump poles will fall. Yoir horse will meed protection over the fixed fences. Just wear some sturdy brushing boots or have a hunt on eBay ( if you have time)

Thanks for the suggestions, PE have a sale at the moment with their lightweight XC boots for only £24.99 I think which would be great. The horse is only 6 and his owner is hoping to do more XC and hunting with him so it would be a good investment for the future.
