Good customer service

Henry James - After a few weeks of wear I decided that the cob noseband really was on the too small size so contacted them and they did a straight swap for the larger size, despite the fact I bought the bridle as a whole piece and it had a few weeks wear (it was clean though!). No cost :)

Horse bit bank - bit i ordered was a little delayed, emailed to let me know asap. Turned out they couldn't get it so immediately asked if i wanted an alternative, said i would try those i already had and money was refunded straight away.
Allen & Page great advice and send samples which is really helpful.
 
Shires customer services, specifically the person I spoke to earlier this week on the off chance that they could identify an old rug I had that I wanted to replace with another the same. Incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with and found me both the details of original rug and the rug that has replaced it in their current stock.
