Good Deal?

I currently have my mare living out but have found a yard locally that offers part livery mon-fri (incl all hay, straw and feed, turn in and out and muck out) then DIY Sat and Sun with hay, straw and feed incl.
THe yard has rubber and sand menage, individual turn out and they poover the fields for you. All this for £55 a week.
Am I missing something or is this too good to be true?!

Sounds pretty good to me. Do you get a say in how much feed and how much hay your horse will get? That's the only thing to check as you don't want her standing in for hours on end through winter with one tiny haynet.

But apart from that I think that is a really good deal.

Good point shall add that to my list of questions to ask along with what hard feed is included any whether I get a choice of brands etc
