good dealers of quiet plod cobs needed in/around kent please

a friend is looking for a ploddy cob type.13.3hh - 15.1hh, any sex, 5 to 17 years, any colour.
must be very quiet for nervousrider and able to carry up to 14 stone.

can anyone recommend any good dealers of the above type of pony/horse.

Safe Cobs havea good reputation & are near Gatwick.
When my friend bought her horse from them they even phoned the yard he was going to check it was being allocated a big enough stable for a 16.2. Friend has had horse 5 years now & he really is anybody's ride. In the last few weeks he has taken my son clear round a 2'6 SJ course having not jumped in ages (owner doesn't like to jump) & had her new, never been on a horse in his life, have his first ever ride. I've alsohad a couple of good fun hacks on him.

she wants a dead safe plod to hack and have lessons.doesnt like cantering at moment so mainly slow hacks and a lessons.doesnt need to be a show type or stunning pretty.
just needs to be very sensible and look after its rider.
shes got up to 3500k inc tack/rugs i think to spend.
