In future I want people to book onto training camps online. It's a PITA doing it by hand. Anyone know any user friendly and reliable websites that can do that? Needs to be able to take a deposit payment at the time of booking and then the balance later. TIA

I have used Equo in the past and it annoys me as take a fair % for allowing you to use it.
I always end up with BACs though the local Badminton club seems to have a semi automated system which simply scans the bank account for your payment which seems quite clever.

I'm trying Horse Monkey but i can;t even get it to recognise me as an organiser not a rider so that's not a great start! Has anyone used a site as an organiser? It needs to be easy to set up and alter as well as easy for the customer to use. Horse events was dead easy but the fields did not really apply. Horse Monkey is - sofar- not proving to be very easy to use my end. Though I like it for entering events myself.

My riding life is my preferred one.
For split payments you can just set it up as different 'classes'. That's what our riding club did for camp.
Class 1-3 for deposit and partial payments. Class four if you wanted to pay in full all at once.

Eventbrite is surprisingly easy to use! Horsemonkey's a pain in the arse imho from the organiser point of view and my riding life is good, but depends how much you'll be using it as it's a big system as it were.
