Good Hay supplier - Scotland!!!!!

Does anyone know where I could get good hay at this time of year?!!!

We are in the Edinburgh/lothians area!
I'm desperate to find some, as I have to be away for 3 weeks and horses are going to have to live out during this time 24/7 - so need to feed ad lib - and its too expensive and wasteful with haylage.

Any suggestions would be very gratefully received!!!!!

john mcclusky(rosslyn haylage google for the number) has lovely hay and he is reliable about delivering but is pricey and also charges for delivery, dale prentice has nice hay and delivers (pm asbo for his number) otherwise im not sure but there are adverts up in local tacks shops advertising hay? you could have a look?

Does John McLuskey have hay as well as haylage? Will give him a phone.

I have had haylage from him in the past, but to be honest, gave up as every second bale had a lot of mould on it, and it was getting more expensive than buying Horsehage!! Not sure if his hay would be any better?

Thank you so much - will try both suggesstions, as I have heard that Edinburgh Equestrian centre horses do get good hay!!!

Greys of Doune nr. Stirling and Steel at Thornhill also nr. Stirling make good hay.
