Alf was angelic for the dentist today - he appears to like having his teeth done.

THEN - he waited patiently in the stable while his mate's sedation wore off. He was so quiet that when one of the girls took Fritz out to return him to the field, she didn't realise that Alf was still in. She was half way to the field when she heard a strange noise behind her, and Alf came round the corner of the stableyard on two wheels - flew across the car park, and went over to the nearest gate to pay squealy, striky bitey face with the residents of that field.

I sniggered quietly to myself as I walked up from the house to the yard, and saw it all happen. Nice to see that he can still be an absolute wally in his senior years!

I am of course, refusing to admit that I might have left him in a stable for several hours without doing up the door bolts!
Haha I was just wondering how he got out! This is 25yr old, arthritic, can't manage a 10 minute walk around the block, retired Archie a couple of weeks ago.
