Hi, can anyone recommend a good teacher in the Kent area. I need to book some lessons and just dont know who is good and who isnt. Any suggestions would be great. Ideally someone who would travel to me. Thanks
Depends what you want to do - But a good listed dressage trainer is Marion Kendall (Based New Ash Green area). She used to travel to us in Canterbury but that was some yrs ago. BD would have her details, I don't have them any more.
I had Pam Van Zwanenberg when I was near Sevenoaks (BHSI and listed dressage judge) she is in the register of instructors.
What is it you want to concentrate on? There are a number of instructors that the Rother Valley Riding Club use in your area - Judi Piper has good reviews. I am in your area since moving from Sevenoaks and haven't yet got an instructor as horsey has been getting over her tendon strain this winter. Would be interested to hear what everyone else says.

She is based at Speedgate now...not sure if she does that much teaching anymore as she probably doesnt need the money now! I understand that she does more lectures / demos nowadays. She used to teach me a few years back but stopped due to back problems
That is very interesting. She taught me about 6 yrs ago, but unfortunately due to injury I had to give up for a few yrs. Does she still go by the surname Kendall? I wondered if she may be married now.
