I have riding instructor insurance with SEIB and have just started lorry insurance with them 
I have not claimed but I am currently very happy with the service I have recieved, they are fantastic over the phone and really take time so you know all the options available to you for cover and how much each option costs

Equine Insurance Solutions - my mum has insured all three of ours with them, claimed for one surgery to sew up a shredded leg, one tendon injury and referral for MRI, nosebleeds, and most recently for colic surgery and resulting death. Very friendly, helpful people. Quick and easy to deal with. And whilst NFU wanted to double the premium price for the new pony as she was kept with our mare who colicked and died (nothing suggests it was catching!) EIS just said "yes ok" and actually gave is the best price. Took NFU a week, they just took a day.
Can't fault them so far. 10 years with them!

ive had no problems with KBIS, paid out extremely quickly and no quibbles....

South Essesx, have been with them for years, have claimed a few times, trailer theft, death of horses and vet claims. Never had a problem, always paid out quickly.
