I like Montar and Noble Outfitters breaches.

Yep I'd say they're true to size. I have the Montars in a 34 and Noble Outfitters in an XS. I'm usually between a UK 6-8. The NO ones are probably slightly more comfy.

I have Pikeur which are beautiful but too expensive for me to justify buying another pair

So more pocket friendly options I have are Ariats & PE (although I find the full seat silicone on the PE's TOO sticky for my liking).

I have one pair that are now over 10 years old. Admittedly they only get used for outings, but they're still perfect.

I've only got 1 pair of Ariats and they're beige so only come out for 'outings', but they're probably 4 years old now and I'd say as good as new.

No they've been around for years. About £65 so much cheaper than some of the others.
