Used one at the yard today that smelt really nice, sort of honey-ey? Guess it was beeswax-based?
I already have the Carr&Day&Martin stuff (all 3 steps

Recommendations?

I like albion leather balm for softening, use on tack every 5 - 6 cleans.
Effax is great for new tack to soften that.
Stubben Hammol - like to use that when cleaning tack day to day and for shows, gives a nice shine

Net-tex leather cleaner and rejuvinator, cleans and blams at the same time apparently (but I would clean with warm water first anyway)

Either Effax or Hamanol, both leave the leather in great condition and feeling soft, whilst protecting it.

I clean and maintain all the show tack in our yard and Effax is the best. If the tack is new I soak it in Neatsfoot for an hour or so and hang to drip dry, then use the effax all the time keeps the tack soft and usually mould free.
