Just wanting a few good luck vibes please folks as the vets are back out tomorrow to see if my mare needs surgery or not. They are going to re scan her tendon sheath ( again) to see if the mass of tissue damage has gone down or if there are any fibres in there flapping around. If there are then she will indeed be going into Horsepital for sugery as these will make her lame again within 3 months of being bought back into work. 
Im actually feeling quite positive about it all at the minute though as her tendon sheath area is not bright red or even pink anymore and the swelling has massively reduced in the last few weeks since the last vets visit plus she isnt lame anymore so Im hopeing and praying these are all good signs that she wont actually need surgery but who knows what goes off inside the body especially the tendon sheath. But at least we know its definatly not a torn tendon that we are dealing with.
So all fingers and toes crossed for tomorrow please. ( I say Im feeling positive now but I bet by the morning by the time the vet is due I will be a bag of nerves lol)
