Farrier came today and said that her foot balance was really poor. I'm hoping that if she was uncomfortable that it might be part of the reason for her nappy behaviour. Gave her tonight off, will see if she's moving better tomorrow.

It might take her a few days to realise she's no longer wonky

Ahh, one of Beans problems last year was foot balance. After x rays + remedial work, it took 3 weeks before she was sound again. Not saying it will with lil, but may take a while to adjust. Good luck

Well its a start. Give her a couple of weeks to adjust and if it was the problem, you should see a difference.
Its not uncommon for horses to deteriorate in their work due to ill fitting shoes or unbalanced feet.
Thats the thing when first getting a new horse, sorting out little problems like this. At least thats one thing sorted.
