Vet phoned this afternoon with the results of x-rays there is no sign of any breaks or fractures. What a big relief she still has to be box rested for 10 days and then she is coming back out to see her. She thinks the bone is bruised and the cut has not fully healed yet so hopefully box rest will sort this out.
