Good old RSPCA again...

I did say in my original thread they could have handled it more tactfully and the fact they gave the other dog back meant they didnt have any real worries.

As I said earlier, if the court didn't give the woman a ban on keeping dogs then by law she would have to have the other returned... Nothing to do with rspca concerns..
 
The RSPCA are a joke.A group of about 10 shetland ponies kept in a filed up the road from me,enough grass (too much actually,they were obese)never checked on and SEVERELY untrimmed feet.Like deformed curling and twisted upwards,awful.The rspca were called,came out ,got the owners,and told them to trim the ponies feet.Feet were trimmed once,rspca never came back ,and ponies were moved and kept in their neglectful condition with deformed feet.Its sick.
