Good saddlers leics/northants

Can anyone recommend me a good saddler in leicestershire or northampton i know of milners which are ment to be good and have heard of roger whitehead does anyone have good bad comments about either or anyone else?

Kirsty from Milners came out recently to try and find/fit a new saddle for my mare. To cut a long story short she is very difficult to fit as she is part Arab, quite short backed with a sprung rib cage.

Kirsty bought a really good selection of saddles with her and was very thorough indeed. She spent well over 2 hours with us, and was happy to let us try the saddles in the indoor school and in the field.
The saddle we chose and Kirsty recommended, need to have some flocking added, so she re visited us this week and spent a good hour with us to make sure it was fitting correctly in all gaits.

Would definitely highly recommend them

I ALWAYS use Roger Whitehead to fit my side saddles and my normal saddles as well as fixing my tack and cleaning my rugs! He is not connected with any particular saddle company so will give you an unbiased opinion on the fit of a saddle and what options are out there. He does not sell saddles though but will come look at any that you have. He is only saddler that I trust completely with my tack and fitting Hattie and he always does an excellent job and is a nice guy! I'm really lucky too as he's only 10 minutes away from me! I'm a #1 Roger fan!
