Horsemart sounds good, Horse and Hound just looked on, some lovely one's on there but waaaaay over my budget!

We sold our Cargo through Horsemart and have been looking since November for a slightly bigger, newer version, have seen 12 so far and am hoping that the one I see tomorrow will be "the one". It has certainly been a steep learning curve - with rotten floors, terrible ramps, totally unsafe boxes, etc.

Do you mean 3 horse, or 3 stall !? You will have to be VERY careful about weights to find a 7.5t with living that can carry 3 decent sized horses without being overweight

You will need the lorry to be about 5.5t or less unladen...and even then you could be very close to the limit.

When we had a lorry rather than a trailer we got ours (and also sold it) on ebay. I know its a risk but as long as you take someone knowledgable (Dave would come with you if needed) with you and only buy it if it is as described then youcan't go far wrong. With both of ours they were as expected and did the job needed. We didn't spend a lot of money so both were quite untidy and needed work but for the right amount of cash and not being too bothered about how far you need to travel to pick it up0 you could possibly get a bargain. I bought my Nissan Terrano from ebay. Picked it up from Leicester (my bro's GF lives there) and paid £1500 less for it then I would have down south and its been a dream to own. How much is your budget as I know of two lorries for sale at the moment and know they are in really good condition, floors are good etc and the cabs are really good, but depends on your budget and where you are based on is about £5k and the other is £14k both private sales with long plates

There was a lovely lorry on ebay the other day, well within budget but in North Yorkshire lol!!
