... well! It's been almost 2 years since I last jumped Boo. I've worked my bum off for my retired 4 for so long. I have minimal opportunities to improve my riding these days and I was beginning to get disheartened.

The other day I got a text to tell me a pony I used to ride, Sooty, is being offered for part loan.

I immediately offered to take on the loan (as im earning now!), and am almost definitely going to have him on loan!

I rode him for 2 years until April 06 when his initial owner sold him. He went from pillar to post and I found him as an unhappy man in an RS, he was sold on again and found the most lovely, perfect owner he is with now!
She has hurt her back and needs someone to take him on for an initial 6 weeks and then who knows.

Finally, I will be able to school, jump... maybe even compete! Finally I will be able to *RIDE*!!!

This is Sooty and I a few years back.

what a super pop....and just in time for the summer too! I hope you have a lovely one with this little chap.

Thanks guys!

Donkeymad - 6 weeks is the length of time I will have him all to myself, then it's a part loan basis. Which is fine for me as I will be taking more work in 6 weeks when training is complete.
There may be a chance for long term loan as his owner may be emigrating.

Lots and lots of promise here.
