Good toy for a puppy?

A friend has just acquired a beautiful dobie (why is my iPad suggesting Dobiegirl?!) pup: I'm visiting her next week. What is a good toy to take? He's a big lad!

Black Kong or venison ears.

How old is he? if he still has puppy teeth you don't want any of the hard plastic chew toys. Like s4sugar suggested kongs are good as they are very versatile and can be stuffed with kibble or pastes, you can even find recipes on their website for things to stuff them with, you could get a kong and make a little recipe book to go with it.

Something indestructable, kongs as suggested, the kong wibble always went down well in this household, but the best and most favoured of all is plastic water bottles which have been crushed with the ring removed. So it looks like youve got off really cheap.

He's 8 weeks.

She's put him on Natural Instinct after her last dobe died of lymphoma. She had another die the year before with various issues. I'm so pleased she's got another and looked very seriously at food. She's a scientist and did a ton of research.
