He is now up at AHT and was supposed to have his surgery today but it is now scheduled for 9 am tomorrow.

I am worried about him as he is having a GA to have the cancer growth removed from the eye and they will also administer the first treatment of radiotherapy. However although he is now 21, he is fitter and healthier than he was at 18 when he last had this done. He is also 50k slimmer - now a mere 730ks.

He may then require two/three further treatments though I am really hoping that he won't have to have a GA for these.

He is very happy - nice big stable and a haybar full of hayledge (he normally only gets hay and loves hayledge) and has made himself at home.

Good vibes please as he is really is the kindest gentle giant anyone could meet and OH and I are in a terrible state at the moment with worry.

Oh absolutely everything is crossed for you and good vibes winging their way.

((((((((((((( ))))))))))))))))))

Fingers crossed he comes put of the other end none the worse

fingers xed and you'll have given him good vibes yourself as youve been thru this before so you know what is going to happen and will have passed less of your nerves on to him - so he'll be in an "if my mum is happy, I'm happy" mood

and good grub is always one way to keep them happy

hope it all goes well

Everything crossed for both of you at this worrying time. Hope he'll soon be home and does not turn his nose up at 'just' hay because he's been somewhere posh! - that's not meant to sound like it does, honestly............................................

Good luck to the wonderful Mr. C. The AHT are absolutely brilliant and the fact that he has made himself at home is a good sign that he will not be too stressed following the GA. Hope all goes really well for him.
