Good vibes needed

Please can you send my 3yo filly some good vibes? She had colic surgery 4 months ago...but made a good recovery, until now.
She colicked again this morning, the vet thinks it's a spasmodic, but as you can imagine I'm really worried.
So if you can send me some good luck, I'd be grateful.

Your good vibes are working so far!
Just been to see her, and she seems much better. Fingers crossed it's just an adhesion or spasm rather than the 'non-strangulated infarction' (!) again.
Llwyncwyn - nothing has changed, and I'm paranoically careful about food, worming etc - the vets don't think it's management related.
Poor girl, first she was an orphan foal...and then this!
