Peter I'm sorry that you've faced the day that every horse owner dreads. She has left some special memories though and it sounds like she touched not only your life in a positive way but other people's too. We are certainly privileged when we share our lives with a special horse.x

I am so sorry for your loss and very moved by your post - Lana sounds like she was a horse of a lifetime and I am sorry you have lost her.
Take comfort from the fact that she went peacefully in surroundings she knew and that were familiar to her
She sounds like she was a very special mare.

oh Peter I am so sorry to hear Boo has gone to play over the bridge, I got your card this morning and posted yours, Boo's name in both

I am so very very sorry, she was a girl in a million, she made me laugh so much when she would suddenly drop her head to snatch a bit of grass whilst plodding along almost pulling you with her.

A new star shines bright tonight because another angel is sitting on it.

Nite nite Betty Boo sleep well lovely girl and give Peggi a kiss for me.

Thoughts with you Peter, so very sorry xxxxx

Peter, what a beautiful tribute to a very special horse. I am so sorry you have had to say goodbye to her, she sounded absolutely wonderful. She was the same age as my old lad, when I had to say goodbye to him. Treasure all those sweet memories of her. She will always be with you whatever you do, or wherever you are. Its us left behind who hurt. She is now galloping free. Don't be sad because she has gone, smile because she shared your life. Bless you xx
