Totally, totally pointlessy posty, but I'm happy

Insurance company has said I can drive as of this coming weekend, so only two more days of relying on others (very kind though they have been ).

And, my cold is on its way out

The only trouble is I keep forgetting I have a broken back . I was making all sorts of plans for tomorrow, on the grounds that I'll be able to breath again by then, but pah!, the wonky back must be taken into account.

Ah well, I'm still a happy bunny today

Brilliant news Mrs M Its not until you can't drive that you realise how immobile you are without one ! My hubby had his brace on for 10 months... he was SO glad to get out of the darned thing. Remember to listen to your body and take things steady

LOL ! I share your happy bunnyiness.I spent a long summer last year bedridden after leg surgery. Being able to drive again is brilliant. First thing I did was go to the yard and sniff all the horses on the yard. Weird,but horses have the most delicious smell and I had withdrawal symptoms.

Lying in bed for the last day . I get such baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad colds. Pah. Hoping the Manuka honey works! Don't want another one

Am lying here thinking what I need to get done before the end of the week.... As I haven't had the nearly four hours a day commute, I'm hoping to have finished quite a bit of the other work by the end of this week; my client would like me to be on site for at least part of the last three weeks, either that or they may well decide that I'm not needed, in which case I get a few weeks off .

Right. Have thought of at least three things that aren't finished, and remembered that I have to be doing stuff on Friday, so I'm away to do some bits
