Well hopefully they have tightened up on their dealings then!
Because last time I was buying in Ireland (admittedly a few years back) we went right after the GFG and the agent had a couple that were sold at at inflated prices in GFG not actually sold and available at a more suitable market price!

Oh yes they are!! There is a lot of backslapping deals. A lot of buyer getting money back from seller afterwards kind of stuff to inflate the prices.

She lost her heart horse earlier this year. Had no plans to get another yet - but there you go
