Am at Goring on the Sat, in section D about 15th to go so probably on earlyish.

He is big and black, and i wear a turquoise racing silk with a bobble on the top! We were at West Wilts Intro, were you fence judging there as well?

Hope it was us now, what a lovely comment!!

Thistle - I am there Sat so may miss you :-(

Buddly - Goring usually drains very well, is old turf so generally the ground is good. Only time i have not liked the going was when we had a really hot summer and it got quite hard. It should stand up to rain no problems.

Am stewarding dressage Sat pm

how likely is it to run if we have lots of rain??

Know the organisers and they'll be doing everything possible having cancelled in the spring as they can't afford for it not to run - but they do have the hills to contest with so if we get serious amounts of rain then they get into difficulties getting vehicles around. Our ground at the moment is good (close by)

Im not going, BUT I really hope it runs... will be really bad luck after getting cancelled in the spring. I wanted to go - love the event, but going to cleobury as pn and n are on the same day rather than 2 trips.

Yes Im sure I saw you at WW, I read in your blog that you were going so kept an eye out for you (in a non-stalkerish kind of way!!) but yes was a very nice round

Will look out for you Sat, and good luck!!

If you happen to see us or the lorry before you head out onto the course, come over and say hello. My lorry is turquoise and white, and you can't really miss Wally as he is big and black, and gangly!

Will hopefully pop up on Sunday to watch so good luck to all the Novice runners...if you have any distinguishing features let me know and i will keep my eyes peeled!
