Eeek, so having just spoken to my friend (I bought my horse of her a couple years back) I have agree'd to take on a little pony she rescued. He's a little bit smaller than my usual 15.1hh but i am a lighter weight rider so he should cope! He's a dunn 13hh, heavy(ish) weight moorland gelding, I think he's 5/6 years old and fairly sharp/green. So I have him to hack out, jump (very small stuff obviously), school and then when he's ready and safe enough, hand down to a couple of young, small riders I know very well to see what he does!
Also, my question- How sellable are sharp 13hh ponies, he's not dangerous just young and quick of the mark.. would suit pony club prince phillip or little jumping home apparently. Also what sort of price bracket would he be in, he's extremely safe in traffic (hacked on an A road), good to handle, farrier and all the usual stuff these ponies get done to them! Any questions or comments welcomed
Ps) he's arriving in 2 hours
