Got my Big Girl Pants on Today and Jumped 1'9"!

I've been kakking myself about jumping this height for ages so decided today was the day after farting around with boring 1'3" cross poles yesterday. I put the jump up to a straight and realized that the height of 1'9" is actually lower than my knee cap so that made me feel better!!

I forced myself to smile to remind me of how much I used to love jumping when I was younger, and guess what, I did it!!!

LOL, didn't need to force my smile either afterwards! Did it on both reins and am happy now as we'll have to jump up to 1'9" on Sunday at the showing show in the Riding Club horse class. The world didn't end either!

There is no way I'd jump that kind of height when sat astride ... let alone side saddle!
