for the first time since owning him (just over 1.5 years) last night
He can never really be bothered to go for it - he tends to just do a gentle canter
Yesterday evening I went for a go in the "canter" field with another horse (I keep it for canters in the hope that he will get excited about going in there). The other horse set off in front and my boy galloped along behind as fast as he could but HIS NOSE WAS ALMOST TOUCHING THE FLOOR!!!! It was the weirdest experience I have had - he is hogged so I just braced my thumbs over his neck and giggled away like mad but why does he do this do you think? His head is perfectly normal in canter
