I've had a roller coaster ride (and a few very nasty falls) over the last few years and have often turned to the forum for help and advice. Most recently I have been welcoming advice on how to overcome a lack of confidence as I had got to the point where I was seriously considering selling my cob and hanging up my boots. I NEVER thought I'd enjoy riding again. However with the help of an amazing instructor and friend and by listening to a hypnotherapy CD and by just getting on and going round the block as often as I can, I can honestly say I have got my riding mojo back and I'm enjoying being back in the saddle and bonding with my boy.
I just wanted to give hope to those who might feel like their time is up - I've still got a long road to travel but am pleased to be on the road rather than watching from the pavement.
Oh, and a huge thank you to the forum too, for holding my hand along the way! x
