Gp pad with jump saddle?

Hiya,

I have a bunch of Lemieux GP saddle pads, however I was wondering if they would fit under a jump saddle? Or will I have to part with them when I get a jump saddle? Anyone have any experience with this?

It depends - flap cut, panel shape (panel being the flocked bit NOT the flap as so many think ) and seat size add together, you won't have a clue until you get your saddle.

Yes of course, I was making the assumption it would the same seat size etc., if it's for the same horse.

I have only had one jump saddle that's been too forward cut for a conventional saddle cloth. I mean heck, my Butet XC P looked OK on a Le Mieux DR cut saddle cloth ?.
