Just musing really but if there were GPS microchips available for their horses/pets would you have them I was wondering on the practicalities and if there were any issues with having a GPS chip where animals could be tracked via a computer.
My thinking is that it would really help with list or stolen animals also I could monitor my horses movements around fields etc.

I did look around and contact a load of companies a good few years back about something like that for saddles but at the time the size was a big problem as you would need to be looking at having it in the seat or padding and there was no way at the time anything would fit without affecting the horse
