Gracelands BSJA- quick report.

Well I went in the 1m, not many people in it (about 12? not sure..), went clear so went in the jump off (about 7 in the jump off), already saw somebody go very fast so i thought i may as well go for it lol so i did, did some silly turns and went fast, nearly came off at the last though lmao did a stupid turn into it and jumped it off not even a stride, but bless her she was so honest and didnt even touch it so i won it by nearly 2 seconds

waited ages for the 1.05m as there was a discovery inbetween which took ages as loads of late entries

Absalutely froze whilst waiting, but eventually got on and jumped a lovely round but just had one down as she was on the wrong stride and was being too pig- headed to come back to me

didnt bother with the newcomers as we where all froze and only 3 people entered in it so came home instead

I wish there were shows round here that only had 12 in the class, the show i went to today there were 71 in my first class and 50+ in my second class!

They are making progress.
They have a whole new set of smart jumps (the poles are 2 inches shorter and the wings are abit smaller so it makes more space in the arena). They have painted everywhere and it does look smarter. They are putting new arenas down soon which will change the place dramatically. They are also in the progress of widening the gateway and putting a new fancy sign up, and they are trying to sort out the carpark.

The new owners are really really nice. we get on with them really well. They are abit clueless about showjumping but Chris still does the courses luckily

Well done, I think I saw your round if you were on a grey.

I won the BN so v pleased although we still have lots of work to do. I thought your pone looked lovely.

Apologies, I was one of the late entries in the discovery!! Was glad they held the class open though as jumped a double clear and came 3rd! Wasn't a pretty round, we are a bit rusty having not jumped since September!
Well done for the 1m! We couldn't beleive how dead it was there!

She was so mad/strong, think all the hunting has made her abit excited

it's always pretty quiet at senior shows- sometimes i wish there where a few more people there, make it more exciting

well done in the BN! I proberbly saw you go as watched most of it as got there abit early!

Thanks! Didn't think you were being rude, I couldn't believe they waited all that time for us, I think I would've been cursing if I was doing the waiting rather than rushing round trying to tack up and warm up!
