Hello,

Does anyone know if they have a website or if they do a clear round before the BSJA starts on Saturday?

Also, how are easy are they to find from Juntion 5 of M5?

Thankies

Gracelands can be a pig to find as there aren't any signs for it. You turn left just after Webbs garden centre into a very narrow lane that is easy to miss. Sorry I can't be more help as I haven't been there for a while, your best bet is to ring Gracelands to check the schedule & ask for directions.

They are always helpful if you ring them

Its about 10 minutes away from juntion 5, you come off the motorway, round one roundabout, take a left and then a left right at the end then Gracelands is immediatly on the left

They've changed ownership in the last few months or so though, so they might have changed the way they run things? I did ring them to ask, but it was an answerphone and I didn't leave a message as I don't think lorry wants to go now anyway

Yeah its dead easy to find, first question is are you coming off the M5 from North or South Bound? There is only one round about difference -
North Bound - first roundabout take a left up there and just before the pub on the left hand side is a lane, follow that round - sharpe bends in places so be careful - up to some crossroads take a left then its the 2nd entrace on the left.
South Bound - first roundabout right, second round about straight over then as above - straight on till you get just before pub (opposite a garage) left etc
I believe the schedule is clear round then novice 9.30 followed by 1m open, disco, 1.05m then 1.10m ... not sure if there is a 1.20m and they might also be running a mixed day - something the new owners have started to do - think its cause they dont get that many senior's there...
Also if you have a big horse I wouldnt go, then arena is small and most big horses struggle - I can only jump my one there and thats cause he lived there for 3 years!! ha ha

They have got a new set of jumps. shorter poles, lots more space in the ring. it only goes up to 1.10m/newcomers. And it is a mixed day tomorrow- after the newcomers/1.10m open (they combine the class) is juniors.
