Grade A?

Sorry if I sound a bit thick but its been a long time since I was last a member of the BAJA, (13 years) basically I have been offered a grade A show jumper on loan, through a friend of a friend,He's no spring chicken, I was just wondering what's the lowest level I would be able to compete on him? I guess there are restrictions?

You can compete in any open or amatuer class.

BSJA now do a lot of small opens starting at 70cms. 80cms are becomming quite common. You can do any of the opens and also the am. champs series which are 90cm, 1mtr, 1.10 and 1.20.

Wow that's lower than I was jumping my boy - I just bought a trailer in May with plans to affiliate, the same month he was diagnosed with arthritis of the coffin joint! well that's positive then sound like I might be getting a new horse to play with. Thank you!

Yeah, usual shows tend to run opens from 1m or 1.05m. The smaller opens are held at Intro level shows.
