At a grading what would be considered a good score for paces? and for loose jump please? Any idea?

If scoring out of 10, the BD equivalents are a good guide so 8 (or 80%) is good in all cases.
In a number of stud books stallions cannot grade if they score less than 7.5 in any category (ie better than quite good but not as good as clearly good is not enough for a stallion!). Mares are treated much less harshly but it is still not a good thing to get a score of less than 7 in any catgeory for your mare
