FIrst does £55 for grass livery per month 2 miles from the city centre sound ok with company of my 2 girls not a yard as such inclusive of feeding as i have advertised in the adtrader and have had 0 replies. There is use of a grass menage and take lock up and hay storage, we have running water on site, with pretty good grazing considering the summer wee have just had.
Also if i did assisted grass livery ie rug changing, feed, checking over 2 times a day for £70 sound okish.

I get assisted grass livery in Kent for £80 per month (7 days, feeding, rug changing, check over, and anything special you need doing - which for my boy is sweetitch management, washing his sheath cover once a day, and putting cream on twice a day)
£70 sounds very good, yup.
£55 also sounds reasonable.
Most places have been struggling to fill livery spaces, my YM has 2 grass livery spaces that may have been filled (but only because I know 2 horses looking for grass livery over the winter only) and she has one DIY/PART/FULL space with almost no interest.
It's just a waiting game atm. Good lucK!

We have no livery yards within about 10 miles as we are basically in cambridge, and basically the reason we can only have a grass manege is because all the land around us is owned by the unis so cant be built on etc. Hacking resonable considering where we are hmmmmm
