Grass Livery Contract

Does anyone have a link to a basic grass livery contract please, I've looked on BHS website but can't find anything. I've got a retired pony coming to keep my mare company as she is pining since we lost our old boy last month. I'm offering basic grazing with a field shelter, a stable if needed , and will keep an eye on pony, check water etc. Owner will poo pick, feed if required in the winter (I've said I can put hay in) and be responsible for vet, farrier etc.
I don't know the owners but friends do and have recommended them but I feel for both our sakes a contract would be sensible.
