Grass Livery/field/yards in Norwich?

Does anyone know of any grass livery/fields in norwich, potentially a yard but must have ALL year turnout guaranteed. Needs to be as close to Norwich as possible and closer to the uni side of the city If you know of estimate of the price, also let me know.

High Ash is amazing - I think there is a waiting list for stables, but they might have grass livery stables. I'd be there if I lived closer - great tracks to ride and well managed grassland.

If you go DIY with a stable at High Ash you will not get much winter T/O. The grass livery is good though, but I don't think they currently have any spaces on their grass livery fields.
