Grass Livery for Youngster Edinburgh Area?

Having just lost my elderly mare, I'm considering looking for an Irish Draught foal/yearling/2 yr old filly but I'm not sure of anywhere suitable to keep it for a few years until it would be ready for backing. Does anyone know of anywhere that does youngstock livery in the Edinburgh/Lothians poss even Borders area?
