I would like to move my gelding from Thame, as I now live in Hunton Bridge...livery plus travel is proving expensive. All I'm after is all year turn out, with the option to use a stable if need be.
I've tried Potten Farm near Sarratt, but don't offer year round turn out.
Any ideas are gratefully received!

Thanks

Helena....and Frodo :-)

There are not many, i am at a place called cherry tree near croxley green but it doesnt have all year round turnout. Might be worth looking a bit further out like chesham which is a quick trip up the A41 from there for all year round turnout. We really struggled to find anywhere that offers it for a friends horse that has had to be retired. Otherwise you could always ask at private yards around if they have a space for plus one

Thanks for that....I suspected I might struggle! I can see myself having to bring him at night during the winter :-/ He'll not like it one bit :-D
I will put a few notes through doors just in case!

Ok good luck, if you do decide that bringing in is a good option cherry tree is a great yard with a good school (decent surface and floodlit) and is by far the cheapest around (they could charge a lot more for the area so pls shhh dont tell the YO, the manager doesnt care haha). If you want any more info or the telephone number to ring just PM, i think there is 1 space come up there but they go really quickly

I dont know if it is too far for you but there are quite a few yards in chorleywood that offer grass livery one of my friends lives in Kings Langley and it takes her 15 minutes to get to our yard - the one I am on has a waiting list but I believe there may be space at catlips and I saw a new yard has opened up too but I don't know what it is like.

There are some yards at newhouse farm that offer grass livery too.

Also coltspring riding school do full grass livery but I believe they are quite expensive.
