Grass livery or diy in hayes or Bromley?

Hi, my horse is at grass livery at a lovely yard but it’s between 45 and 90 mins away (depending on traffic). Does anyone have any recommendations for yards that offer grass or diy (with potential to live out in the summer) near Bromley or hayes?

There’s Ashmore Farm in Leaves Green that definitely does DIY and out overnight in the summer.

Quite a few up and around Keston I used to saddle fit at but I am out of touch with most of them now, I am sure someone else on here can fill in the gaps,
