Grass Livery - St Albans and surrounding area?

I dont currently have a horse, I sold my girl when at uni. But now I'm considering having another one.
I think grass livery would suit my circumstances regarding time etc best but I'm new to the area so dont know any yards!
Does anyone have any suggestions of grass livery yards in the area that also have a school?

I don't know of any with a school... whereabouts in St. Albans are you? Wheathampstead side or St. Stephens / Park street side?

I know one without a school but there are also loads of DIY yards cheap enough...

I'm about as central as you can get in St Albans!
What sort of prices DIY are we talking?
