Are they suitable?

Pony decides every so often that he hates they food i give him, its disgusting and he'd rather starve.... fine, but i want him to have his pills and balancer which is Forage Plus and in powder form.
He doesn't do chaff, would ideally like dry nuts or mix fed alone. He will short term eat mashy type feeds- this is fine because when that one becomes too awful to eat he's often forgotten about a past feed and the circle restarts!
ATM I need a new idea. I'd like soaked because it mixes the powder in easily which I'm amazed he's eating at all. Not speedi beet, its not been long enough since he last said no! I've had success with fast fibre and Veteran vitality but again think its a bit soon to buy more.
Grass pellets have no nasties in but are they too "grassy" for a little cushings pony? Or pure chopped grass, although i expect this will count as chaff and be a NO!
He literally has about a mugful of feed so not a huge amount even in relation to his size.

I use simple systems after my local feed store ran out of Dengie but have a barrel of their hay cobs and a barrel of grass nuts. My three fatties usually get a small amount of soaked hay cobs but if someone is doing a lot of work they will get a handful of grass pellets soaked in with their ration.

Everyone eats the hay cobs well enough and I think they are low sugar but tbh if you aren't feeding much then grass pellets will be fine

For 2 native ponies I mix a Forageplus balancer into a handful of soaked Emerald Green meadow magic grass nuts then roughly add a handful of Dengie chaff. Both ponies have these tiny feeds in the bottom of wide shallow tubtrugs which I think minimises any smell from the minerals

I've just been trying my 35 year old with Cushings on Emerald Green . She wasn't at all impressed with the Meadow Magic but cleaned the bowl with grass pellets, so as she is on the lean side I have bought a bag of those. They are a little higher in starch and sugar than is ideal at 10.4 and 1.9, but that is slightly lower than Dengie.

I prefer purabeet to speedy beet lest behaviour issues and laminitics are find on it

I like the sound of Weisencobs, sounds a bit of a safer bet to me.
I have never seen Agrobs feed stocked anywhere though, is it only avaliable online?
Many feed merchants will be able to get hold of it but may not stock it as it’s not the cheapest stuff to keep in stock.

Grass nuts and chaff can be 10% or more sugar

I’d recommend fast fibre, speedibeet, spillers speedy mash, fibregy or Pure Feeds Graze pellets (which I think has been renamed to meadow something)

Def check with local stockists ours isn't listed (or anywhere near) but she could get it in weekly without any issue/kept a small stock.

I could get it easily in wilts but cos there wasn't anyone listed near us in somerset I fitted about 10 bags of the aspero in my kia rio when I moved Frank back to Mum's 😅. He movd onto the weisencobs when he couldn't eat chaff anymore (and was ppid) and he could be very fussy for a native.

Check out Simple Systems- they have a variety of nuts that would suit and you can soak them in to a mash if needed. They do blue bag grass nuts which I’ve fed to my ems pony. He’s also has lucie nuts and organic lucie nuts daily and he manages well.

Have you tried SS Topgain? Mine lick their bowls clean. It’s one to soak and don’t believe the time it takes, I do mine overnight mixed with fast fibre. They also have the equimins advance pellets supplement which smells disgusting but they eat that neat. 🤦‍♂️
